Prenatal Massage:    12 weeks to birth (2nd & 3rd trimester)
Postnatal Massage:  Birth to 12 weeks (4th trimester)
Postpartum Doula:   Birth to 12 weeks (4th trimester)

*We recommend waiting about 72 hours after birth before having your 1st massage, but please check with your medical provider first.
*Massage modalities include Prenatal/Postnatal, Swedish and Deep Tissue.
