As a Postpartum Doula I provide support for the family from birth to 12 weeks old and beyond. The needs of each family are very individual and unique.  I am there to educate the new parents and help them to become independent and self reliant. I  offer help with breastfeeding education and guidance, newborn care, light housekeeping and meal preparation.

For an additional fee I offer in studio prenatal massage and in home postnatal massage.
